Rider`s Code of Conduct:
-
All riders participate at their own risk
-
P1-P5 children must be supervised by an adult
-
Riders must collect and wear a ribbon (only riders with a suitable protective helmet will be issued with a ribbon and acknowledged by the Melrose Festival Executive as being on the community bike ride)

Riders to remain behind the Melrosian, LHM, RHM, & Lead cyclists at all times
-
Riders to follow Police and marshals’ instructions at all times
-
Riders must abide by the `Highway Code` and stay on designated route or ride on pavements
-
Riders must ride safely and respect other riders and members of the public
Temporary road closures are indicated on the map.
The following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic on the 17th June 2026 between the hours of 17:30 and 20:00.
These closures will only come into effect at such times when under the instruction of a police officer in uniform and appropriate signing is in place.
